Valpolicella Ripasso Doc

In a traditional procedure used only in this area of Italy, Valpolicella is “re-passed” over the fresh pomace used to make Amarone, a process that enriches its structure and bouquet. The result is Valpolicella Ripasso, a full-bodied, elegant wine with scents of wild berries and abundant, velvety tannins.
