Malanchino, In honor of the Veronese leader Gerolamo Pompei, called the "Malanchino", first lord of Illasi.

The grapes harvested by hand remain to dry at least 3 months. The must-wine ends its fermentation in steel containers. After aging, for at least 24 months, followed by aging in bottle. Fruity and intense with a rich aroma of ripe cherry and red fruits, with a chocolate finish.
