This wine is an integral part of an area rich in history, studded with ancient fortresses and noble villas. It is produced by a unique method, in which Valpolicella wine is re-fermented along with the grape skins that produced Amarone. The result is a firmly-structured wine but one of great elegance and appeal, with a rich bouquet of wild red berry, and smooth nuances of liquorice and mint.
