Amarone della Valpolicella Docg
Rocca Alata
This wine is an integral part of an area rich in history, studded with ancient fortresses and noble villas. In order to concentrate the grape’s aromatic qualities, the clusters are semi-dried for some months after harvest, and the wine is then aged in large oak botti. This yields a velvety, elegant wine of perfect balance, with a lush bouquet of wild cherry, blackberry, chocolate, and spice.
