This wine is made by a unique procedure in which the Valpolicella Superiore wine is “re-passed” onto the grape skins of AmaroneThe result is a warm, full-bodied, elegant wine, with lingering flavors of dark red and black fruit, soft tannins, complexity and depth, a wonderful addition to any red meat dish, chicken, game or cheese.
