For lovers of sweet, elegant wines, this Recioto is an irresistible temptation.
Made from 100% Garganega grapes, the Recioto di Soave Classico DOCG originates from vineyards in the heart of the denomination’s historic hills, where calcareous and alluvial soils help the grapes reach full ripeness. The hand-harvested clusters are laid out in special drying lofts (fruttai) until January or February.
A gentle pressing and light skin maceration precede a slow fermentation at controlled temperature, allowing the wine to develop its distinctive aromatic richness.

The hand-picked grapes are dried for at least three months. Pressing takes place when 15–20% of the berries are affected by noble rot (Botrytis cinerea), which enhances both aroma and flavor. Maturation takes place 50% in stainless steel and 50% in barriques for a minimum of 12 months.
Complex and enveloping, with notes of honey, vanilla, and dried fruit.
