Notarosa is a rosé wine made from pure native Veronese grapes. After a short cold maceration, fermentation takes place at controlled temperature, followed by a brief period of rest in stainless steel.
The result is a delicate, luminous pink wine. On the nose it is floral and fruity, with distinct notes reminiscent of rose petals and raspberry.
The palate is smooth and well-balanced, marked by refreshing acidity and pleasant sapidity.
