In the village of Soave, the history of its medieval castle intertwines with that of the vineyards and the Garganega grape, from which this Soave is born — a dry white wine of pleasant and noble character.

Aged in stainless steel.

Aroma:

Delicate and elegant, with floral hints of white blossom and acacia, followed by notes of ripe apple, pear, and subtle almond undertones typical of the Garganega grape.

Palate:

Pleasant and refined, harmonious and fresh, with an elegant, noble finish.
