Recioto della Valpolicella

A sweet wine crafted artisanally from the finest grapes of the Valpolicella area. Ruby in color, it offers an aroma of red rose and a soft, enveloping, sweet, and persistent taste.

GRAPES:

Corvina 70%, Rondinella 30%.

Vinification and Ageing:

Light cold maceration on the skins for 24 hours, followed by fermentation in stainless steel.

Aroma:

Red rose.

Palate:

Soft, enveloping, sweet, and persistent.

ALCOHOL CONTENT:

12.5%

PAIRINGS:

Excellent with fruit tarts, chocolate desserts, castagnaccio, panna cotta, and walnut cake.

12-14°C
