Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG

A precious wine of ancient Veronese tradition. The hand-harvested grapes from the hills of Valpolicella are left to dry on racks for about three months. Maturation takes place in oak barrels and lasts for 24 months. The wine shows an intense ruby-red color with garnet reflections and a fruity bouquet with notes of cherry, black cherry, wild berries, and chocolate.

GRAPES:

Corvina 70%, Rondinella 30%.

Vinification and Ageing:

Fermented in vats, followed by maturation in traditional oak barrels.

Aroma:

Fruity, with notes of cherry, black cherry, wild berries, and chocolate.

Palate:

Full-bodied and generous, opening with rich flavors of ripe red fruit, black cherry, and wild berries, complemented by deep notes of chocolate.
