Cuvèe N°61

The production method involves the use of noble grape varieties and bottle refermentation. After the first fermentation, the wine is bottled in dark green champagnotte bottles, placed horizontally in the underground cellars, where a slow refermentation begins.

Cuvèe N°61 ages in the bottle for over 36 months on the lees with traditional manual remuage. After disgorgement, the liqueur d’expédition is added.

GRAPES:

Chardonnay 80%, Pinot Noir 20%.

Vinification and Ageing:

Aroma:

Clear, refined, and seductive: delightful notes of brioche with a delicate fresh and fruity nuance.

Soft, creamy, and fragrant on the palate.

Perfect as an elegant aperitif or paired with shellfish, fish dishes, and delicate white meats. Also ideal with soft cheeses or light first courses.
