A traditional-method sparkling wine made from 100% Durella grapes. After fermentation in stainless steel, the wine undergoes bottle refermentation and rests on the lees for 60 months. It shows a straw-yellow color with golden highlights and a fine, persistent perlage. On the nose, notes of acacia, orange blossom, exotic fruit, candied citron, and bergamot are complemented by a delicate yeasty creaminess.
