Rubitondo Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG

A precious wine of ancient Veronese tradition. The hand-harvested grapes from the hills of Valpolicella are left to dry for about three months before maturing in our cellars. It shows an intense red color with garnet reflections.

Vinification and Ageing:

The hand-picked grapes from the Valpolicella hills are left to dry for about three months, then aged in our cellars to develop depth and complexity.

Aroma:

Fruity, with notes of cherry, black cherry, wild berries, and chocolate.

Palate:

Full, enveloping, and creamy on the palate, combining elegant softness with remarkable freshness.

PAIRINGS:

Excellent with red meats and game, rich roasts, long-aged hard cheeses, or traditional Venetian dishes of substance and structure.
