THE BIRTH OF CADIS 1898

Last February we announced the creation of CADIS 1898, which will make its debut at Vinitaly with its four wineries: Cantina di Soave, Cantina di Illasi, Cantina di Montecchia, and Terre al Lago.
During the fair, visitors will have the opportunity to discover the first part of our portfolio — new bottles and labels deeply rooted in their territories of origin.

A special mention goes to the reds from Cantina di Illasi, in particular:

Valpolicella Ripasso DOC 2018, winner of Gold Medals at both Mundus Vini Spring 2023 and the Berliner Wine Trophy.

“Val d’Illasi” – Valpolicella Ripasso Superiore DOC 2019, awarded at Mundus Vini Spring 2023 as Best in Category;

A TOAST WITH MAXIMILIAN I AND THE A.C. MONZA TEAM

On Monday, April 3, from 3:30 p.m., Gianluca Caprari, A.C. Monza forward and former Hellas Verona player, will visit the CADIS 1898 stand.
We will raise a glass together with MAXIMILIAN I, the sparkling wine brand that recently underwent a significant restyling and is now a Silver Sponsor of A.C. Monza.
This successful partnership between MAXIMILIAN I and A.C. Monza, launched this year, aims to grow even stronger in the years to come.

CADIS 1898 AT “VINITALY AND THE CITY”: WINE, STYLE & MUSIC IN THE HEART OF VERONA

On Friday, March 31, from 7:00 to 10:00 p.m., at MAX&Co. (Via Mazzini, corner of Via Cappello), don’t miss the fashion & music aperitif featuring “733” Charmat Lessini Durello DOC, the volcanic sparkling wine from Cantina di Montecchia — fresh, elegant, and vibrant, with plenty of personality.

In the heart of Verona’s historic center, CADIS 1898 will shine with one of its most beloved sparkling wines, appreciated especially by younger wine lovers for its aromatic complexity — ranging from the wild floral notes typical of the Lessinia hills (elderflower and hawthorn) to delicate, seductive citrus hints of citron and yellow grapefruit.

From March 31 to April 3, CADIS 1898 wines will also be featured at the Loggia di Fra Giocondo, beneath Dante’s statue in Verona’s open-air museum square, as part of the Vivite – Alleanza delle Cooperative Enoteca, the beating heart of Vinitaly and the City.
Here, wine lovers will be able to taste a broad selection representing the best of Italian terroirs — sparkling, white, red, and rosé wines.
