CADIS 1898 supports the fourth edition of “Chef per Bene: the starred cuisine of Vicenza for the Oncology Department of the Vicenza Hospital.”
On Tuesday, June 6, the restaurant “Alla Pergola” in Sarcedo (Vicenza) will host the fourth edition of “Chef per Bene”, a charity evening conceived and organized by Vignato Events in support of the Oncology Department of the “San Bartolo” Hospital in Vicenza.
Four of Italy’s most talented chefs — all from Vicenza — will take to the kitchen to create a special menu for 250 guests.
Each course of the evening will be paired with one of the CADIS 1898 wines:
🍷 “733” Lessini Durello DOC – Cantina di Montecchia di Crosara
🍷 “Collineri” Lessini Durello DOC Riserva – Metodo Classico 36 Mesi – Cantina di Montecchia di Crosara
🍷 “Fittà” Soave Classico DOC 2022 – Cantina di Soave
🍷 “Campobrun” Valpolicella Ripasso Superiore DOC 2019 – Cantina di Illasi
“When we were invited to support this solidarity initiative, we immediately said yes,”
stated Wolfgang Raifer, General Manager of Cadis 1898.
“We’re delighted that four labels representing the Verona area produced by our group,” Raifer continued, “will accompany the creations of some of Vicenza’s most renowned chefs.”
The evening’s culinary experience will be crafted by Michelin-starred chefs Carlo Cracco, Nicola Portinari, and Corrado Fasolato, together with Francesco Ballico, the acclaimed and multi-award-winning pastry chef.
Once again, proceeds from the event will benefit “Amici del Quinto Piano”, a volunteer organization dedicated to supporting oncology patients, survivors, and their families through cultural, wellness, and nutritional initiatives, as well as promoting patients’ rights.
